These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fallow Plants & Home website and the purchase of products and workshop tickets from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products

We take great care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.

Please note:

  • Colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

  • As many of our products are handmade or natural, slight variations in size, colour and finish should be expected.

  • Live plants naturally vary in appearance, size and growth habit, and images are provided as a guide only.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure prices are correct, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered after your order has been placed, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch or, for workshops, confirming your booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • An item is unavailable.

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • We suspect fraudulent activity.

  • There has been an obvious pricing or product description error.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched or workshop places are confirmed.

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

We do not store your payment card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Severe weather

  • Industrial action

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please read this policy before placing your order.

9. Workshop Bookings

Workshop bookings are subject to our separate Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy.

By booking a workshop, you agree to those terms.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards and gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot usually be replaced.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Photographs

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Artwork

  • Product descriptions

  • Text

  • Website design

is owned by or licensed to Fallow Plants & Home and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website unlawfully.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

  • Introduce viruses or malicious software.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is identified.
